Project Costs + Policy Overview

In an effort to provide transparency for all new and potential clients and partners, this page lists current service rate ranges and acts as a reference for project planning. Cost estimates listed here are current as of 1/1/2023. For greatest accuracy and alignment, a formal quote will be provided for each project for approval.

Pricing a Specific Project

The best way to accurately budget for a project is to request a quote, and someone will respond within 24hrs to provide an estimate. We generally provide quotes on a per-project basis, depending on the type and complexity of the project. However, all projects are based on an hourly rate that often integrates turnkey support as described here.

In the case where the project is more complex and requires a more in-depth briefing, you are encouraged to book a consultation call. This call is 175/hr and will provide some preliminary recommendations on next steps for your project goals and additional resources as needed. If work continues into a signed project contract, this fee will be waived, but any continued consulting will be billed hourly.

Common Project Types + Baseline Range

Projects vary across client needs and bespoke support required for each, but below are some baseline cost ranges for design for the most commonly requested projects. Please note that these costs do not always include additional add-ons or costs such as proofreading, printing, postage, and overall project management which is estimated and billed separately.

Note that all listed costs are reduced 15-25% for retainer contracts, packaged services, and certain promotions for eligible groups.

Note that based on the most commonly requested services from new clients, we offer packages that include bundled services at a flat rate for clients that require upfront integrated services and production across channels—and must also maintain a clear budget from the beginning.

For new ad, advocacy, event, or specialized campaigns, we offer complete turnkey support from start to finish, spanning ideation to creative brief through vendor management and QA / production of all final deliverables in both digital and print form.

Payment Policies

Deposit + Balance

With the exception of retainer relationships, in which the client is billed in full at the beginning of monthly cycle, all estimated projects will require a 50% deposit of project estimate before work begins. Project balance will be due after client has approved and been invoiced for all final deliverables.

Rush fees

All projects requiring a more urgent / fast turnaround (usually less than 4 weeks), will require an additional 50% rush fee on standard project rate.
